Absolutely loving this slant board! My calves are getting a much better stretch than ever as well as my lower back. I can teach down to touch my toes without as much resistance. As someone who has worked out basically for my entire life, focusing on weight training and no matter what, I could never build my inner thigh muscles. Within TWO days of using this, my inner thighs were noticeably tighter. This is an absolute necessity for your overall health!!!! Great for balance too!
Three levels, compact, easy to store.

I currently have plantar fasciitis and this board was recommended on one of the forum pages, to easily and effectively stretch calves. It works quite well for that -- I can really feel my calves stretching when standing on it. I also like that it's adjustable so I can work up to a steeper setting. I put it in the office so I can work while my foot on it. The built-in handle is a nice feature too, for keeping both halves together when carrying it.The gritty surface is good for keeping your shoes or bare feet from slipping down.

WOW!!!!! It is easy to fold up and move if I need to. It is a light, but durable table. It was a good value for the money. Nothing to put together except screwing on the feet to the legs of the table. It unfolds quite easily. Folding the legs up requires a litle bit of muscle since the springs are heavy duty thus making it quite sturdy. I have used it so much already and plan to use it for my diamond painting. I diamond paint putting my canvas on a table top easel and it works perfect!!!!
