We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases, if you are not happy for any reason, email your request and return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure you use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package. Frylr  will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $6.00 restocking fee.Without email notification to customer service or if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.
To be eligible for a return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Frylr will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undelivered and returned to us. In a case of a missing package on orders, we will offer to send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office to resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

We accept customer to cancel the order within 6 hours and subject to the 10% cancellation fees. Free plus shipping offer not subject for refund and return. Kindly please provide photo as a proof to claim for your exchange and refund order

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 business days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 3-20 working days to credit your account.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  

b) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.     

c) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
d) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
 
Shipping
After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply). Please ensure you use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
